Flood protection

Thanks to geared limit switches, the gates of flood barriers along major rivers close precisely so that no water can flow through them, but they also do not collide with each other and thus destroy each other.

In the subway network in Munich, certain tunnel tubes can be closed with gates so that in the event of a heavy rain event, other tubes cannot be flooded through them. The closing of these gates is secured by our geared limit switches.
