Geared Limit Switches

Category

SAFETY FOR HUMANS AND MACHINES SINCE 1925

Fields of application

Geared Limit Switches switch depending on the number of revolutions of an input shaft (angle of rotation). Cam-Operated Limit Switches for controlling slewing/rotating movements < 1 revolution. Counter Gear Limit Switches store the number of revolutions of the input shaft. Spindle Limit Switches have a rotatable input shaft that is a spindle inside the switch. As the input shaft rotates, a traveling nut moves along the spindle. The travel of this traveling nut is limited on both sides by one adjustable stop each. When the travelling nut arrives at one of the stops, the contacts are switched over.
